Cyber security attacks have become more pervasive across small and medium business (SMB) throughout the United States. In 2019 they represented 47% of all internet crimes against commercial and non-profit organizations. During the Covid-19 epidemic these attacks have quadrupled! Many of these attacks can be prevented by utilizing simple, common sense, precautions. Attend this webinar presented by CMIT Solutions and hosted by the Bethel Park Chamber of Commerce to learn what you can do to protect your business from a cyber security attack.

If you are not concerned that your business might be the target of a cyber security attack, you are among good company. 70% of SMB owners don’t think they need to worry about this. News flash: It is not a matter of if your business will be attacked, it’s a matter of when. The reason SMBs are targeted by cyber criminals is because these organizations are the least prepared to defend or recover from a cyber security attack. Criminals know from experience that SMB owners will most likely pay a ransom to recover the data that drives their business. Especially if these owners have no other recourse to recover the data. Is your business adequately protected? Can you recover from such an event?
